Ladder ("we", "us") helps home buyers get answers about properties, arrange viewings and discover homes that fit them, and helps estate agencies respond to their enquiries. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
When you enquire about a property or chat with us on WhatsApp or email, we process the details you share: your name, phone number, email address, the property you asked about, and the contents of the conversation (for example your budget, timeline or viewing preferences).
We use this information to respond to your enquiry on behalf of the relevant estate agency, arrange viewings, suggest properties that match what you've told us, and improve our service. We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the estate agency your enquiry relates to and the service providers we rely on to operate (messaging, email and hosting providers), who process it on our instructions.
Data is stored securely with our hosting providers in the UK/EU and US. We keep conversation records only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and delete them on request.
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict our processing of it. To exercise any of these rights, or to ask anything about this policy, email hello@tryladder.co.uk and we'll respond promptly.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. You can stop receiving messages from us at any time by replying "STOP" or asking us to stop.
